    Comments: Mr Biring inspired me with confidence, through his expert insight, thorough explanation of my condition, the procedure, the expected outcome & his ongoing attention & support. His lovely sense of humour was an added bonus.He visited me pre-op, with explanations & answering questions that I had; then post-op he was suitably attentive, but didn't make me feel like I was being too closely monitoredWhen I had a minor concern during the first few days at home, the ward spoke to him following my query & he asked to see me that evening, to check I was ok & reassure me.Overall Mr Biring's calm demeanour, knowledge, experience & expertise reassured me that I was in good hands.
